  Balçova Thermal Hotel, which is a modern facility in the thermal springs known as Agamemnon Thermal Springs in history and has been a source of healing for humanity for 2500 years, has a unique concept that combines health, sports and entertainment, serving both domestic and international is in a field.

The Spa and Cure Center provides services with a total of 33 health personnel, including 1 specialist doctor, 19 physiotherapists, 5 masseurs and masseuses, 4 health technicians, 1 nurse, 1 laboratory assistant, 1 public relations officer, 1 medical secretary.

  In the center, there are Balneotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Electrotherapy, Ergo-Kinesitherapy, Paraffin, Diagnosis and Treatment Unit, Individual Therapy, Activity and Exercise rooms, Massage and Sauna Departments, thermal pools and jacuzzis, Laboratory, EKG device and Dental Clinic.

  Access from all rooms to the Thermal Pool is from the garden to the open area. The transition from the annex rooms to the restaurant is from the garden to the open area.

  Access from all rooms to the Thermal Pool is from the garden and the open area. The distance between the rooms, the Spa and the Cure Center varies between 200m-400m.
  Guests over the age of 12 can benefit from the thermal pools.
  There is no family room. Assistance with extra bed for 3 adults in 1 room or for 2 adults and 1 child in 1 room.
  The transition from the annex rooms to the restaurant is through the garden, the open area.
  The upper floor rooms are slightly narrower than the ground floor due to the balcony share.
  In terms of health, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the thermal pools.
  The resort is in a dispersed layout in the concept of a holiday village. Access to the pools and the restaurant is through the open area.
  The room standard of the hotel is for two persons, it is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child as only one extra bed can be added.
  Two adults, two children, with one extra bed are accepted in congestion. An added additional bedroom narrows the room considerably.
  Not all rooms have large beds, but twin bed rooms are available.   Assistance is available upon availability.
  Guests under the age of 12 cannot use the thermal pools. (The minerals contained in the water are inconvenient for the bone development of children.) There is no activity area or pool for children under the age of 12.
