General Information

  DAS 3917, located on the edge of Tekir Dam Lake, is 500 meters away from Kaniş Piste at Develi Kapı on Mount Erciyes, which has a total track length of 123 kilometers. There is also a DAS Aprés daily area under the Kaniş Piste. A free shuttle service is provided from the hotel to Kaniş Piste and DAS Aprés.

Important Information

 Pet Procedure

  Pets (cats, dogs, birds) weighing up to 8 kg are accepted. Pets over 8 kg will not be allowed into the facility.
It will be charged extra per pet (cat, dog) per night.
  Damages caused by pets at the facility will be paid by the guest. Upon entering the facility, the guest is required to sign a form to notify them that they will pay the specified amount in case of damage.
  Pets are prohibited in closed areas other than the guest room (lobby, restaurant, Spa, etc.).
  It is forbidden to take dogs out of the room without a leash.
  Feeding pets is the guests responsibility. No food is provided by the hotel.
  In case of excessive noise disturbance, the guest may be requested to change rooms or even leave early. In this case, the guest will not have the right to object.

 Important information

  In the Das Apres area, all our food and beverage service is extra and the service received will not be transferred to the room account. Guests must pay for the service they receive in cash or credit card in the Apres area.
  A Ski Pass with 14 exits per person for a minimum stay of 3 nights, and a Ski Pass with 30 exits per person for stays of 4 nights or more will be given free of charge and will be delivered in exchange for a deposit.
  New Years soft gala is included in the price and attendance is mandatory. Food service will be provided only at the gala, and no food service will be provided in any other area.
  Opening and closing hours of all units vary depending on season and weather conditions. The hotel management always reserves the right to make changes to all services.
