  All Rooms: Card lock system, satellite TV, mini bar, kettle, tea & coffee set, safe, direct telephone, wireless internet connection, fire alarm and extinguishing system, balcony, slippers, bathroom phone and hair dryer.

  The minibar in all rooms is filled once a day, and requests for a second minibar are available for a fee.

  For baby guests aged 0-2, 2 jars of baby food are served to the mini bars every day.

  Room cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every day, and sheets are changed every 2 days.

Beach

  Beach towels, sun loungers and umbrellas are free of charge.
  There are a total of 12 pools, 5 outdoor and 2 indoor for adults, and 3 outdoor and 2 indoor for children.
  There are 2 pools for adults and 1 pool for children in the aquapark.
  There is a special adult beach on the beach for guests without children.
  Aquarius Aquapark is open between 01 April and 20 November.
  13.30 – 16.00 between 01 – 30 April (depending on weather conditions)
  Between 01 May and 31 October, 10.00 – 18.00
  It operates between 13.30 - 16.00 between 01 November - 20 November (depending on weather conditions).
  The slides will be closed between 12.30 - 13.30.
  Lifeguards are on duty at the beach and pools between 10:00 and 18:00.

Child / Baby

 Kids Club

  Baby Concept: Services offered to baby guests Microwave oven, baby food, powdered formula, milk types, blender, bottle warmer, sterilization device, baby chair, baby food - apron set in the restaurant. In addition, all rooms offer jars of baby food, bathrobes, slippers and cosmetic sets (shampoo, soap, sponge, body lotion) for baby guests aged 0-2. Potty, baby bath and closet apparatus are sent to the rooms upon request.

 Childrens Concept: There is a special bathrobe, slipper, childrens cosmetic set (shampoo, soap, sponge, body lotion) service for small guests between the ages of 2 and 7 staying in all hotels. On request, the potty and closet apparatus are sent to the rooms.

 Cinema Hall: The capacity of the movie theater is 60 people, and movies are shown for children and adults at certain times, 2 days a week.

 Childrens Beach: There is a childrens beach service that provides childrens sunbeds for the little guests who want to spend time around the playground on the beach.

Spa / Wellness

 Santis SPA

  There are skin and body care treatments, massage rooms, sauna, Turkish Bath, indoor pool, private jet showers in the pool, jacuzzi, relaxation area and fitness room in the health and beauty center on an area of 1,000 m².

  In addition to these services, hot massages with chocolate, honey, fruit flavors and olive oil, treatments with volcanic stones and shiatsu treatments are offered to guests in SPA centers.

 Bali House on the Beach: At the request of the guests, Bali House on the beach offers 3 different therapy systems and special massage packages. Massages are applied with the SYTOS method in a comfortable environment by focusing on energy contact points.

 Fitness Centers: Fitness centers located in SPA centers serve guests with various fitness equipment. Towels, water and other services are provided by the hotel in the fitness rooms.

Important Information

  Check-in and check-out times at the hotel are at world standards, Check-out time is 12:00 and check-in time is 14:00.
  The operation and opening-closing hours of the outdoor outlets of the facility depend on the weather conditions. The hotel reserves the right to make changes in the opening, closing and operation programs of the outlets depending on the weather conditions.
  All restaurants have a dress code.
  Within the scope of the law numbered 4207 published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey, it is not allowed to consume cigars, cigarettes and other tobacco products in the closed areas of the facility. Persons who violate this law will be subject to administrative penalties and other administrative sanctions.
  Bottled drinks are not served in restaurants and bars, drinks are served in glasses/glasses.
  All drinks offered to guests at the hotel are original and supplied from reliable suppliers.
  Guests are obliged to carry armbands for their own safety.
  Pets are not accepted.
  Subject to the laws of the Turkish Republic, no alcoholic beverages or beverages are served to guests under the age of 18.

 Ultra All Inclusive Concept

  Breakfast, lunch and dinner are open buffet, and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are free of charge for 24 hours within the brands determined by the facility. Imported alcoholic brand drinks and all bottled drinks are extra charged. Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice (Breakfast-Late Breakfast) is free of charge.
