  Macaron Konağı, sahile 100 m mesafede, Ayvalık'ta yer alan sayılı tarihi binalarından birinin restorasyonu ile sizlere hizmet vermektedir. Tesis, toplam 9 oda ve bahçesiyle Ayvalık'ın tam kalbinde sizleri ağırlamaya hazır. Ayvalık merkezde tarihi çevre koruma alanında tipik ayvalık sokaklarından birinde restore edilen konak günümüz konforu, keyifli bahçesi ile dört mevsimi, farklı renk ve tatlarla yaşamanız için hazırlandı. Biri tamamen orijinal olarak korumaya çalışılan tavanı, döşemesi ve keyifli cumbasıyla orta odası, diğerleri birbirinden farklı odaları, orjinaline uygun restore edilen taş duvarı, samanlı sıvasıyla, sardunya balkonuyla sizleri bekliyor.
