The rooms unique to MDC Hotel have been carefully furnished to pamper their guests with an extraordinary atmosphere in which valuable antiques, original woodwork and stonework are synthesized in accordance with the nature of Cappadocia.

  You can enjoy the view from the multiple terraces on the upper floors of the hotel and watch the unique sunset of Cappadocia from these terraces. You can also enjoy an open buffet breakfast with local flavors at the restaurant in its large garden. In summer, the patio is also open for breakfast.

  You can taste local dishes in a warm and stylish cave atmosphere and discover the flavors of the region. In the restaurant Anatolian and Turkish dishes are prepared using traditional cooking techniques in pottery unique to Cappadocia, using ingredients grown in the region. You can also browse the menus with award-winning wines made from local grapes, and enjoy your meal with a wine that suits your palate at the tables overlooking the garden. MDC Hotel has an organic garden where its kitchen meets the need for fresh vegetables and fruits according to the season.

  Its restaurant starts the day with a rich open buffet breakfast. About 70 kinds of breakfast foods are offered in the open buffet (local nuts and dried fruit corners, six kinds of cheese, six kinds of olives, salami, chicken and meat ham, sausage, french fries, twelve kinds of jam, honey, cream, tahini, molasses, butter, homemade cakes, pastries and cookies, varieties of cornflakes (conflakes), fresh fruit varieties, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and greens, yoghurt, boiled eggs, etc.). In addition to these, there is an omelette made fresh according to the request of the person and a pancake corner cooked in the local style.

  The restaurant is open from 12.00 to 22.30 in the evening and serves ALa Carte (Table Service). You can order from the carefully prepared rich menu (soups, hot and cold starters, local dishes, grilled varieties, fish dishes, vegetarian dishes, desserts) by choosing what you want.

  The interior of the restaurant is designed as a collapsible glass balcony for you to have a warm, comfortable and enjoyable time. In the summer months, you can have your breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the tables prepared in the garden, accompanied by a view in the open air.
