General Information

  Erciyes Mirada Del Lago Hotel has been serving its valuable guests since 2007 with its different architecture and modern interior design, within the body of Aksa Turizm Işletmeleri, a subsidiary of Kazancı Holding, located in Erciyes Ski Center, which has the best infrastructure and largest ski slope.
 
  With its 105 rooms and general use areas, the facility has the qualifications and equipment to meet not only your snow holiday but also all your other expectations.

  It is the most easily accessible ski center from all over Turkey by land and air. The hotel is right across the track area and hosted the 2016-2017 World Snowboard Championship. It is the indispensable meeting point of entertainment and ski lovers.

  Mirada Del Lago Hotel is built on an area of ​​235,000 square meters and has a total of 105 rooms and 246 beds. The facility is located in Erciyes ski center, 25 km from Kayseri center and 28 km from Kayseri Airport.

  Mirada Del Lago offers a perfect harmony of technology and comfort in its meeting hall. The height of the hall is 4.5 meters and its width is 200 square meters, offering its guests a spacious and airy area. It also has a capacity of 300 people for cocktail arrangements, 200 for theater arrangement, 120 for banquet arrangement, 100 for classroom arrangement and 90 for U arrangement.

 Hotel Alerts

 There are smoke detector systems in all rooms, corridors, childrens playroom, sauna & spa areas and kitchen in the facility. Thanks to the smoke detector panel in the security unit, when any smoke is detected, an alarm is immediately activated and necessary controls are provided.

 For fire safety, there is a fire sprinkler system every three meters in all rooms, corridors, general areas, lobby, bars and restaurants, ski room, kitchen and VIP lounges. This system has a water capacity of 200 tons and works with electric pumps. In the event of a possible power outage, diesel pumps are activated and continue the water supply without interruption.

 In addition, there are two fire escapes in the hotel and there is a fire exit plan information panel behind each room door.

 All precautions have been taken to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable accommodation experience.

 Transfers between Hotel-Track and Track-Hotel (Tekir and Develi Gates) are provided free of charge by hotel vehicles between 09:00 - 17:00.

 Erciyes ski resort has become one of the few ski resorts not only in Turkey but also in Europe with the investments made in recent years.

 

 It consists of 4 gates in total, there is a distance of 16 km between the first gate and the last gate. There are 4 black tracks, 18 red tracks, 9 blue tracks. The total length of the tracks is 102 km and there are also playgrounds for children, sleds, parachute skiing, etc. activities are available. The use of the Ski Pass is chargeable. Transfers between Hotel-Runway, Runway-Hotel (Tekir and Develi Gates) are made free of charge by the facility vehicles.

 Hotel Management Service Hours can be changed with at least 1 day notice.

 Check-in to the hotel starts at 14:00 and rooms must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of check-out at the latest.

 For room use after 12:00, you must contact the reception 1 day in advance.

 Extra Breakfast on the check-in day or Dinner on the check-out day is charged.

 Room Extension requests are subject to a fee and are evaluated according to hotel occupancy.

 You can keep your valuables in the safes in your room free of charge. Safe usage instructions are available on the safes.
