General Information

 Sensitive Premium Resort & Spa facility located in Belek Boğazkent is 400 meters away from the sea. It is built on 18,500 acres of land with its modern architecture consisting of 5 blocks with 5 floors and elevators, including the entrance building where the reception is located and the rooms.

  The facility has 334 standard rooms, 60 family rooms (two rooms, with a connecting door, one bathroom), 4 disabled-friendly rooms and 4 suites (1 room + 1 living room and jacuzzi), totaling 402 rooms.

Beach

  The facility is 400 meters from the sea.
  Its private beach is pebbly and rocky and gradually deepens.

  During the summer season, the Pavilion service can be used for a fee by making a reservation from the guest relations department. Prices may vary depending on the concept and preferences.

Important Information

  The indoor heated pool is only available in the winter season.

  In the facility that offers all-inclusive service, all guests are given anti-allergic arm bands on the day of check-in. Alcoholic beverages are not served to guests under the age of 18. Arm bands in different colors are used.

  Check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00. An extra fee is charged every hour for late check-outs.

  Luggage service, wake-up service, maintenance-repair service and lost property service are available.

  The heating and cooling system is connected to the central system and is activated according to weather conditions.

  It is kindly requested not to come to the restaurant with short shorts, slippers or sleeveless undershirts.

  You can get your pool and beach towels from the Spa Center in return for the towel cards given from the reception. (Beach towels are changed once a day.)

  There is no free babysitting service in the facility. There is no sleeping room. Assistance can be provided in the restaurant for baby food, depending on availability.

  Please do not take the white towels in the room out of the room. Room towels used in the pool area or on the beach will be collected by the staff.

  A fee is charged for lost room cards and towel cards. There is a card fee.
