 Welcome

  At Serenity Queen, all guests are greeted with snacks and refreshments, and they are escorted until all guests complete their check-in procedures and settle into their rooms. For guests who receive VIP service, check-in and special assistance services are available in the room, and welcome treats and welcome letters are available in the rooms of all guests.

 Sendoff

  Check-out at Serenity Queen is 12:00. Guests with late check-out requests can benefit from this service by notifying the reception at least one day before their departure day, in return for its fee and availability. In addition, guests who come to the hotel with their personal vehicles to stay in the hotel are offered farewell treats during the check-out process of the guests.

Beach

  The facility, located right on the sea, has a 100 m long sand-pebble mixed beach and a pier. It is a blue flag facility.

 Mini Club

  For our little guests between the ages of 4 and 12 childrens aqua pool, pirate games, baby chair, baby bed service, baby carriage, childrens slide, babysitter and mini-handle for children aged 4 - 12, as well as mini restaurant, mini disco, face painting, handicraft activities, treasure hunt, There is an outdoor playground, a playground with a ball pool, a game room, mind games and a sleeping room.
  The mini club is open 7 days a week, between 10:00 - 23:00.

 Hera Spa and Wellness

  The 1000 square meter spa is located on the r floor. All products used in the facility are certified organic. Absolutely not tested on animals. It respects the nature and is packaged with recycled materials. Air sterilization and surface disinfection using ecological biocidal disinfectants. It serves between 09:00 - 21:00 every day.

 Fitness Center

  Equipped with high-tech equipment, the fitness center opens at 07:00 and offers the pleasure of doing sports in the company of expert trainers between 09:00 and 17:00. The closing time of the fitness center, which will be good for your soul and body, is 22:00.

Important Information

  The all-inclusive concept starts at 14:00 on the check-in day and ends at 12:00 on the check-out day.
  Due to local laws, alcoholic beverages are not served to guests under the age of 18.
