Ürgüp'ün en yüksek noktasında "Esentepe/Esen Tepe" anlamına gelen Esbelli Mahallesi'nde bulunan ve 2000 yıldan beri iskan edildiği bilinen tesis, “taşınmaz kültür varlığı” kapsamında tescilli yapıdır. Tüm restorasyon boyunca iki uzman mimar ile çalışılmış, evin geleneksel mimarisi korunarak özgünlüğü korunmuştur.
Geniş Kapadokya manzaralı terasları, restoranı, çok özel tasarlanmış Keyif Mekanı, özenle tasarlanmış odaları ve oda önlerinde oturma alanları; tesise girdiğiniz ilk andan itibaren sıcak, samimi, sakin ve huzurlu bir ortam sunmaktadır. Tesiste vakit geçirmek adeta arınma ve dinlenme fırsatı sunuyor.
