Important Information

  Entrance to Özlem Garden rooms starts at 14.00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not allowed in the facility. The use of some of the open areas serving the facility may be limited depending on seasonal conditions.

  2+2 stays in standard rooms may create congestion in the room. Accommodation of 2+1 or 3 adults is accepted.

  All Inclusive accommodation provided at the property starts with dinner and includes dinner for the number of nights stayed and ends with lunch on the day of departure.

Important Information

  It is forbidden to reserve sun loungers at the beach and poolside.
  Towels and sheets are changed every 3 days.
  For hygienic reasons, please do not take food from the Restaurant to your rooms.
  Room towels are not Beach Towels, please do not take them to the beach.
  There is free parking for 20 cars.
  Özlem Garden does not produce animation programs.
  Guests who want to benefit from the Aquapark or other facilities at any of the Villa Side Hotels can contact the front desk to provide information about their use of other facilities.
  According to the hotel concept, guests can get their rooms after 14:00, and check-out is before 12:00.
  Guests can benefit from paid early check-in service (05:00-09:00) depending on room availability. If you check in before 05:00, payment will be made for the full day.
  Early check-in and late check-out service can be provided based on room availability for an additional fee stated by the hotel.
  Wet clothes will not be accepted in the buffet restaurant area. for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  According to Law No. 4207, smoking (cigarettes and hookah) is prohibited in closed areas.
  Drinks are served in glasses in all restaurants and bars. There is no bottle service.
  Brands included in the beverage concept may be replaced with their equivalents due to possible changes in customs rules, regulations and other issues, regardless of hotel reasons.
  It is forbidden to fly drones in the general area of the hotel without permission.
