General Information

  Kayı Snow Hotel was built in 2012 and was completely renovated in 2018 and earned 5 stars from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. With this renovation, it has managed to become one of the best ski hotels in Sarıkamış and Turkey. The facility offers its guests a unique and enjoyable winter holiday with its crystal snow texture and ski slopes covered with Scots pine forests, which are only found in the Alps and Sarıkamış in the world.

  The hotel, which draws attention with its modern and comfortable decorated rooms and social areas, has a ski room with ski equipment and ski lessons given by professional instructors. Guests can go directly to the slope from the ski room and return to the hotel by skiing from the slope.

  At the restaurant of the facility, you can experience both local flavors of Turkish cuisine and distinguished flavors from world cuisine. In addition, the spa center in the facility offers guests the opportunity to renew and relax, promising a comfortable holiday.

  Our hotel has a total bed capacity of 184 and has 80 standard rooms, 1 disabled room, 1 junior suite, 3 family rooms and 4 suites.

 Standard Rooms (80):

  They are 25 m² in size and have a view of nature and the ski slope. The rooms have a twin or French bed, TV, safe, armchair, minibar, telephone, wireless internet, desk, fire alarm system, shower, WC and hair dryer.

 Disabled Room (1):

  This 25 m² room also has a view of nature and the ski slope and has a twin or French bed, TV, safe, armchair, minibar, telephone, wireless internet, desk, fire alarm system, shower, WC and hair dryer.

 Junior Suite Room (1 Unit):

  The 35 m² room with nature and ski slope view has a twin or French bed, TV, safe, armchair, minibar, telephone, wireless internet, desk, fire alarm system, shower, WC and hair dryer.

 Family Room (3 Units):

  The 45 m² family rooms have nature and ski slope view. They are equipped with a twin or French bed, TV, safe, armchair, minibar, telephone, wireless internet, desk, fire alarm system, shower, WC and hair dryer.

 Suite Room (4 Units):

  The 64 m² suite rooms offer nature and ski slope view. The rooms have a twin or French bed, TV, safe, armchair, minibar, telephone, wireless internet, desk, fire alarm system, shower, WC and hair dryer.

  Kars Airport – Hotel – Kars Airport transfer is provided free of charge (valid for minimum 3 nights stay.) Transfer information must be provided to the facility at least 48 hours in advance.
  Skipass is free. (given for the number of days of accommodation, not valid for the day of departure.)

  There are 9 slopes in total in the facility and the total length of the slopes is 25 km. Two tracks extend from the summit to the Karanlıkdere location, five tracks from the summit to the 1st Stage location, and two tracks from the summit to the facility. There are 3 chairlifts, and a new 6-person indoor chairlift was put into service in the 2019-2020 winter season. It is possible to reach the hotel by skiing, and there is a direct access to the chairlift from the hotel.

Food & Beverage

 Full Board Plus Concept

  Breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks during meals are free of charge at the facility. All other food and drinks are charged extra. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are open buffet with a rich variety at the main restaurant. There is no alcohol service.

  The concept starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Depending on the availability of the facility, breakfast or lunch for early arrivals and dinner for late departures are charged extra.

  Open Buffet Breakfast - Lunch and Dinner. Non-alcoholic sodas and soft drinks, concentrated fruit juices, tea and instant coffee service to be consumed at the Main restaurant during meals are free of charge. Turkish coffee is charged extra.
