Important Information

  The hotels outdoor Olympic swimming pool and its surroundings were renovated between 04.12.2024 - 15.01.2025. It will not affect the use of other wet areas.

  In the summer months, the outdoor thermal pool and outdoor swimming pool are in use until 16:00 on days when there is a wedding organization by the pool.
  The hotel accepts pets. However, pets can only be accommodated in the room and the garden. Pets are not allowed in common areas (restaurant, bar, pool, etc.).
  The pet must not exceed 10 kg.
  Guests who will stay with a pet must take a room on the garden floor.
  A maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child can stay in standard rooms. For accommodation numbers other than this, the guest must accept the crampedness in the room and must convey this information to our agency.
  Children aged 0-12 are free of charge provided that they stay with two adults. Guests with more than one child will be deemed to have accepted the crampedness in the room.

  All services and locations specified may be changed depending on weather conditions, venue and opening dates. All services and services are for informational purposes and may change in line with the operation during the summer season. This information has no validity in the event of a complaint.
