  The property, which is part of the Villa Side hotels group, has been serving its guests since 1995 with a sense of place where they will feel at home. It offers travelers who are in search of comfort in their travels, with its experienced staff and 25 years of experience in the accommodation industry, to its guests with a service approach focused on guest satisfaction. Located in a central point of Kumköy tourism region, Villa Side Hotel is preferred for its proximity to shopping opportunities, cultural heritages and local transportation network.


General Information

  It is a facility consisting of 156 rooms, most of them with sea view, on 5 floors in Kumköy, the most beautiful beach of Side. All rooms are prepared in modern design.

  Sunbeds and canopy awnings are free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

  The distance to the sea is 200m.

Important Information

  Ala Carte Restaurants The Hotel is located in Vill Side Residence.
  Since the hotel works with the All Inclusive system, special prices are applied for your guests or visitors from outside. Please inform Reception in this case.
  All local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included in the All Inclusive system and are free of charge.
  Minibar is filled daily with Water and Soda.
  The start and end times of all units, activities and programs can be changed or canceled by the Hotel management depending on the weather conditions.
  It is forbidden to reserve sunbeds at the beach and poolside. The hotel management has the right to make changes on the concept during the season.
  Since the hotel provides All Inclusive service, it is obligatory to wear a wristband from the entrance to the exit.
  Bath towels belong to the room. The use of bath towels is not allowed on the beach and will be asked to return to the room. Beach towel cards have a deposit and charge per card for lost or non-refundable towels.
  According to the hotel concept, guests can take their rooms after 14:00, check-out is before 12:00.
  Guests can benefit from the paid early check-in (05:00-09:00) service depending on room availability.    In case of check-in before 05:00, payment will be made for the full day.
  Early check-in and late check-out service can be provided according to the availability of the rooms for an additional fee stated by the hotel.
  Wet clothing will not be accepted in the buffet restaurant area. At breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  According to the law numbered 4207, smoking (cigarettes and hookahs) is prohibited indoors.
  Drinks are served in glasses in all restaurants and bars. There is no bottle service.
  Brands included in the beverage concept can be replaced by their counterparts due to possible changes in customs rules, regulations and other issues, regardless of hotel reasons.
  It is forbidden to fly drones in the general area of the hotel without permission.
