Important Information

  The SPA center is in service between 08:00 - 19:00 every day.
  Room service menu and fees are available in your room. You can place an order through the White City Hotels application.
  The drinks in the minibar are refilled free of charge on the day of check-in.
  The doctors office is located in the lower lobby. The nurse serves between 09:00 - 18:00. In case of emergency, you can call the 24-hour reception.
  You can take the beach towels from the SPA to be used at the beach and the pool by giving the towel cards, and you can get the cards by handing the towels back to the SPA center at the end of the towel usage. Towel pick-up is between 08:00-12:00 - change between 16:00-19:00. An additional washing fee is charged for changing towels on the same day.
  Since the facility provides services in the All Inclusive system, a daily fee is applied in case of external visitors.
  To keep your valuables, please use the safes in your room by contacting the reception.   Otherwise, the hotel management cannot be held responsible for your lost valuables.
  Smoking is prohibited in closed areas and rooms, and legal action is taken and financial penalties are imposed.
