Hotel Akuzun, Kapadokya'nın doğal mimarisi ile yapılmıştır. Tesis, restoranlara, kafelere, alışveriş merkezlerine ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesindedir. Son derece güzel döşenmiş olan odaları, büyük bir bahçesi, açık ve kapalı restoranı, lobi barı ve geniş terasıyla Ürgüp'te çok ideal bir yerde bulunmaktadır. Tesis, 68 yatak kapasitelidir ve farklı kategorilerde toplam 30 adet odadan oluşmaktadır. Odalarda uydu TV ve ücretsiz Wi-Fi erişimi bulunmaktadır.
