  Located on the snowy foothills of Palandöken Mountain, Dedeman Palandöken welcomes its guests as a ski hotel with 187 rooms, with an enchanting view of Erzurum and Palandöken Mountain. Dedeman Palandoken offers all kinds of opportunities for winter sports to its guests. Ski slopes of different difficulty levels located right next to the hotel attract the attention of professional skiers and ski enthusiasts.

  Dedeman Palandöken offers its guests a pleasant ski holiday with comfortable accommodation, sausage-bread on white snow, mulled wine or salep in front of the fireplace.

  Rising in the authentic atmosphere of Erzurum, Dedeman Palandoken is one of the most popular places for ski lovers. The mountain, which has an ideal snow quality, has Turkeys longest ski tracks with different difficulty levels.

  There is also snowpark and halfpip for snowboarding. When the excitement of skiing is combined with the magnificent views of Palandöken, an unforgettable holiday takes place.

  A ski room and ski locker are available at the property. Ski equipment, snowboard, sled and clothes rental and ski locker are chargeable. Use of the lift is free of charge. Skipass deposit valid on all lifts and slopes of Palandoken Ejder 3200 and Konaklı ski slopes.

  If a ski pass is purchased on the day of arrival, the ski pass is charged on the day of departure. The resort offers night skiing on the Palandöken Ejder Tracks until 20:00 on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Privileges

  If you stay 3 nights or more, transfers between the area-hotel-area are free.
  Ski Pass is included in bed and breakfast, half board and full board accommodations.

 Free Services

  Ski Pass: Valid between 09:00-17:00 on all lifts and slopes except for private slopes in   Palandöken and Konaklı (Ski Passes are subject to deposit).
  Internet use in all areas of the hotel (50 MB Metro Internet)
  Chess, okey, backgammon and card games
  Services are provided for children in the Mini Club with professional female caregivers.

 Extra Paid Services

  Night Skiing: Ski pass fee will be charged extra between 17:00-20:00 and price information will be obtained directly from the hotel.
  Food and beverages purchased outside of Bed and Breakfast Plus, Half Board Plus and Full   Board Plus concepts are charged extra.
  Food and beverages purchased at A la Carte & cafes are charged extra.
  Ski clothing and ski equipment rental is charged extra. (Snowboard, sled, skis, overalls, jackets)
  Use of encrypted ski lockers in the ski room is charged extra.
  Ski and snowboard lessons are charged extra.
  Billiards, table tennis games offered in the game room are charged with extra tokens.
  Minibar, laundry, telephone, doctor services are charged extra.
  One-on-one private childcare in the Mini Club is charged extra.
