Otel Çeşme Merkezde, Uzun sokak girişinde bulunmaktadır.
Konuk evi, 1838 yılından tarihi bir bina içerisinde, butik otel konseptiyle 2021 yılında misafir ağırlamaya başlamıştır.
Binanın zemin katında 2 adet standart odası, 1. katta biri şömineli olarak 2 adet Deluxe King odası ve 2. katta bir adet Superior odasıyla toplam 5 odalı olarak hizmet vermektedir.
Tüm odalar 2 kişiliktir. Sadece Superior odada +1 çocuk ağırlanabilmektedir. Çeşme ve Alaçatı'nın ünlü sahillerinde denizin keyfini çıkarırken, yürüyüş mesafesindeki bir çok tarihi güzelliği keşfetme fırsatı bulabilirsiniz.
