  Room service hours are between 12:00 and 18:00.

  Check-in time starts at 14:00, depending on availability. This time may vary depending on the cleaning of the rooms and the density.

  Check-out time is 12:00. Late check-out up to a maximum of 16:00 is subject to a fee, depending on availability at the room departure time.

  If the room key is lost, an extra fee will be charged.

  The guest is responsible for broken and lost materials in the rooms. If there is a problem with the room at the time of check-in, the reception must be informed, otherwise the guest will be responsible for any damage that may occur.

  Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. Linen and cleaning are done every 3 days in exceptional cases, except for daily maintenance.

  Safes in the rooms are provided to guests free of charge. The hotel cannot be held responsible for lost items.

  The pool is at the service of guests between 10:00 and 18:30 in the morning.

  A separate reservation is required for Ada Kafası Meyhanesi. The facility must be contacted.
  
  Guests who do not want to be affected by the sound and noise caused by Ada Kafası Meyhane must send an information note to the facility before entering. Cancellation requests due to sound and noise complaints are not accepted.

  In order to improve the quality of service at the hotel, all guests are requested to convey all their problems to the reception in case of any problems at the time of check-in so that they can be resolved immediately.

  All rooms have sea views.

  The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the city center. It is 10 minutes away from the nearest beach, Yılancı Burnu Public Beach.

  Transportation to the hotel can be by minibus, commercial taxi or on foot.

  Guests can get information about all activities in the region from the reception.

  Towels are not provided for the pool and beach.

  One small bottle of water per person is left in the rooms, free of charge, only on the day of check-in.
