  Located in Akcay, Edremit District of Balikesir, the facility is within walking distance of the center, 250 meters from the sea, close to the airport and many banks, shopping centers and in a central location for many historical ruins, national parks and entertainment venues.

Room Amenities

  Deluxe Room: Deluxe Rooms are divided into two groups, with and without balcony. All the rooms are in Deluxe format, as well as all the materials used in them are of A quality and designed with first class workmanship. Although the beds are the plants own production, they were made as a special production. There is 1 double bed in the rooms, if desired, a folding bed can be used for the 3rd person.

  Garden Deluxe Room: Garden Deluxe Room has a garden that belongs to the rooms own use. There are sitting groups in the garden and only guests can use this area. Although there is 1 double bed in the room, an additional bed can be made for the 3rd person if desired.

  Terrace Deluxe Room: The size of the Terrace Deluxe Room differs in size compared to other concepts. It has an interesting design because only a mirror is used on one wall of the room. The room has its own terrace and it has a seating group, 2 sun loungers and an area where you can take an extra shower. Since the terrace is surrounded, it is not visible from the outside and has a view of the Kaz Mountains.

  Garden Suite Room: There is 1 double bed + 2 single beds in the Garden Suite Room. If the 5th person is desired, the sofa in the room can be turned into a bed. Although these rooms consist of 2 separate sections, the room has its own garden.
