The hotel will open its doors at the end of 2024 in Khamovniki, one of the most prestigious districts in central Moscow. Housed in a renovated telephone exchange building on Zubovskaya Square, a striking example of post-structuralism, the hotel exemplifies the transformation of a telephone exchange into a hotel for discerning guests who value not only first-class service and proximity to landmarks, but also architectural originality, historical heritage, and contemporary interior art. The hotel boasts 118 modern rooms, 22 of which are spacious suites. These rooms boldly and effectively combine avant-garde design solutions with cutting-edge comfort.
