Important Information

  Alcoholic beverages are not served under 18.
  In all restaurants and bars, drinks / drinks are served by the glass. In the bars and restaurants, foreign and local alcoholic drinks and soft drinks are served within the brands determined by the hotel.
  Mini bar control is filled every 2 days between 09:00 - 16:00. (It is important not to forget the   DND card on the door in order to receive the service completely.)
  Please visit the reception before 12:00 noon to process your departure from the room. If you inform the reception of your late check-out requests on the day of departure, you can use it for a period of time to be determined for a fee, as long as the hotel occupancy allows.
  Animation activities, service places and hours of food and beverage units can be changed by the hotel management.
  If you inform the reception of your short-term visitors in advance, the meetings are limited to 30 minutes only in the lobby. Calls over 30 minutes are charged with the hotels daily usage fee.
  Proof of identity (Passport, Drivers License, Identity Card) is required at the entrance of the facility in accordance with the security rules.
  With the decision of the hotel doctor, guests with infectious diseases may be asked to leave the hotel or be quarantined by the hotel management.
