  Polat 1 (800 m), Polat 2 (300 m), Polat 3 (900 m) lifts are free to use. Access to the Ejder3200 runway, which is paid, is provided by the connecting lift at the facility. For Full Board Plus accommodation, the use of the Polat 1,2,3 lifts belonging to the facility is free of charge.

  Skii Passes valid on the resorts slopes are included in the accommodation price. There is a connection lift to the slopes in Palandöken belonging to Ejder 3200 and is free for guests staying. The slopes belonging to Ejder3200 are subject to a fee.

  Breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks during meals are free of charge. All other food and drinks are charged extra. 17:00 tea (consisting of cookies, mini sandwiches etc.) and use of the hotels Polat 1,2,3 lifts are free of charge.

  Full board plus accommodation at the hotel starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on the day of departure.
