  Seaden Sea World Resort & SPA is the second hotel investment of the Seaden Hotel Group and started to serve visitors by opening its doors in May 2009. Equipped with a total of 528 rooms, the facility is located in Kızılağaç Tourism Center and offers a privileged experience to its guests with its all-inclusive concept.

  Located in the Kızılağaç tourism center, the hotel not only offers a holiday surrounded by the sea, but also hosts a unique view.

  Located 70 km from the airport, 10 km from Manavgat city center and 15 km from Side, the facility opens the doors of an unforgettable holiday to its guests with its 250-meter-long private beach and a large area of 50 thousand square meters.

  The hotel has direct access to the Blue Flag Sand-Pebble Beach. You can spend a comfortable day on our beach, equipped with free sun loungers, shades and beach towels. Changing cabins and showers are also designed for the comfort of the guests. The sun loungers and shades on the pier offer a privileged sea pleasure.

 Swimming Pool

  There are three different outdoor pool options: Activity Pool (1,110 m2, 1.40 m.), Relax Pool (1,240 m2, 1.40 m.), Entertainment Pool (4 Slides, 128 m2, 1.10 m.). There is also a specially designed pool for children. The Indoor Pool (260 m2, 1.40 m. deep) is only open between 01.11-31.03 and is heated with fresh water. Free sun loungers, umbrellas and towels are available for your use at the pool areas.

 Sports & Entertainment & Special for Children

  The hotel offers guests a variety of sports and entertainment activities. Your holiday will become more enjoyable with activities such as daily animation programs, dance shows, live music and nightclubs. Additionally, for sports lovers, there are options such as boccia, beach volleyball, aerobics, water aerobics, darts, mini golf, table tennis and fitness. For children, services such as mini club, childrens animation, mini discos, playgrounds and a special childrens buffet are offered.
