  Meet the special Shiluh Syriac Wine produced by Turabdin Hotel. Wine, an important element of Mesopotamian and Anatolian culture, has become an indispensable part of Syriac life. For the Assyrians, who were the first society to accept Christianity, the value of wine in their lives became more pronounced as the wine was considered sacred in Christianity. In order to turn the grapes grown in their own vineyards with a special care and effort, which is 4500 years old, into wine, they collect them during the vintage season and keep them in a suitable temperature environment without using any additives, allowing them to age using natural methods.
