  Xanthos Butik Otel Patara, geniş bir bahçe ile çevrili Palmiye Tepesi olarak da adlandırılan bir tepenin üzerinde yer almaktadır. 

  Otelde aile odası dahil 18 oda bulunmaktadır. Odalar iki kata ayrılmıştır. Ayrıca 2 yatak odalı müstakil terası ve mutfağı olan 4 ila 6 kişi arasında konaklayabileceğiniz bir de ev vardır. Tüm odalar yaklaşık 20 m2 büyüklüğündedir ve detaylara dikkat edilerek döşenmiştir. Her odada klima, duş ve tuvalet mevcuttur. Tüm odalarda deniz manzaralı bir balkon vardır.
