  • Do you provide with visa issuance services?downArrow
  • Visa issuance service includes many personal preparation processes such as preparation of visa, passport and other documents required for package holiday. The preparation and control of these documents are entirely under the responsibility of our guests. 
    As for our guests who declare to have a valid visa as required for their package holiday (green passports included), or to have a passport not requiring a visa, or who purchase a package holiday to a visa-free country, the compliance of their passports with the visa/passport conditions of the relevant travel is under their responsibility. 
    If our guests cannot get use of a package holiday due to a visa / passport problem, it will be fully under their own responsibility.

  • The Consulate requested a personal application for my visa request. What should I do?downArrow
  • The Consulates may, if and when deemed necessary, call the visa applicants for an interview. This is a standart procedure for applications. 

    In such cases, in order to file a personal application upon demand of the Consulate, our guests must personally apply to the Consulate together with their submittals at the day and time of appointment designated by the Consulate. Our guests who cannot go or are late to the appointment do not have any rights to claim against Turkish Airlines Holidays, and are under obligation to pay the package holiday cost in accordance with the cancellation terms and conditions specified in the agreement, which can be viewed prior to purchasing.

  • The Consulate found my submittals deficient or faulty. What should I do?downArrow
  • If submittals are found deficient or faulty, the Consulate may give an additional time for preparation of documents and ask for a second appointment. 
    If their submittals are found inadequate or faulty by the Consulate, our guests are entirely and personally liable for consequences of submission of inadequate or faulty documents to the Consulate. If the related visa cannot be received until the departure date of travel due to this problem, our guests are nevertheless required to pay the package holiday fee in accordance with the cancellation terms and conditions specified in the agreement.

  • I could not get the visa until the date of package holiday. What are the consequences? downArrow
  • Our guests who declare to have the visas required for the countries included in the package holiday or who themselves follow up the visa procedures are under obligation to get the required visas until the departure date of travel. If a visa application is refused or the guest fails to get the required visas until the departure date for other reasons, our guests are nevertheless required to pay the package holiday fee in accordance with the cancellation terms and conditions specified in the agreement.

  • What do I need to pay attention regarding my passport?downArrow
  • Our guests who pick a package holiday among international destinations are required to have a passport meeting the following conditions:
    1.The passport should have a validity period of at least six (6) months from the end date of the travel.
    2.The passport should be compliant with new passport regulations and be an e-passport. 
    3. The passport should not be older than 10 years.
    4. The passport should not be torn, worn or deformed. 
    5. Visa validity date printed on the passport should cover travel dates. 
    6. Residence permit periods of visas given to the passport should not have finished. 
    7. Our guests must check the number of entries and exits (single entry - double entry - multi-entry) printed on their passport, and be sure that their visas are not misused, and not use any passport failing to meet these conditions for their package.
