The Customer may unilaterally send a notice of cancellation to Turkish Airlines Holidays in writing.
Upon receipt of a notice of cancellation not earlier than thirty days prior to the starting date of the Package Holiday, the full amount of price paid so far by the Customer is refunded to the Customer without making any deduction therefrom, except for the costs arising out of taxes, duties, imposts, funds, and other fiscal liabilities required to be paid.
If the aforesaid notice of cancellation is delivered at a time less than 30 (thirty) days prior to the starting date of the Package Holiday, no money will be refunded to the Customer.
If a notice of cancellation is sent in writing at a time less than 30 (thirty) days prior to the starting date of the Package Holiday due to such reasons as severe accident or severe sickness requiring medical treatment, leading to hospitalization of the Customer for a period of more than 10 (ten) days, as documented by hospital reports, or due to death of the Customer, causing non-use of the Package Holiday, as a result of an event or circumstance which cannot be foreseen or prevented by the Customer in spite of exercise of due care and diligence in connection therewith, then, within 14 (fourteen) days following receipt of the notice of cancellation by the Package Holiday Organizer, the full amount of price paid so far by the Customer will be refunded to the Customer without making any deduction therefrom, except for the costs arising out of taxes, duties, imposts, funds and other fiscal liabilities required to be paid, and the monies which are already paid by the Package Holiday Organizer to third parties, as evidenced by documentary proofs, and are by no means refundable. The Customer is under obligation to prove the events by valid documents and certificates to be received from the relevant official authorities.
