  All kinds of food and beverage brands used in food and beverage services may not be offered with the declared brands due to customs, procurement, delivery and delays that may occur in supply. At this stage, the facility can offer a product of similar quality to service.
  Auxiliary equipment and equipment for disabled guests to use the facility, seating and reservation priority in food and beverage areas are taken into consideration by the facility management and employees.

  Guests staying in all room types of Ela Excellence Resort Belek automatically benefit from Ela Assistant services. Ela Assistant is a privileged personal assistant service. The team, consisting of qualified employees with language knowledge appropriate to the nationality of the guests, deals with all the demands and needs of the guests within the framework of a one-to-one service approach, starting from the check-in process until the guests leave the facility. Service time is between 08.00 - 24.00 every day, exceptions may be made for special needs. Communication with guests is provided through smart technological communication devices (tablet, phone). In case of guests' possible requests between 24.00 - 08.00, CRM Line number 1000 remains active and the principle of 24-hour, uninterrupted personalized service continues.

  Check-in of guests is carried out by Ela Assistant employees is carried out. Ela Assistant employees accompany the guests to their rooms and provide all information regarding the facility and room usage they transfer. For the convenience and comfort of guests during early check-in and late check-out, the Comfort Zone is located in the Oxford Lounge, where shower, changing and rest rooms are located, and the Ela Anatolian restaurant is open 24/7 for food and beverage services.

  Ela Assistant employees request the mobile phone numbers of the guests according to their communication preferences in order to ensure that their possible needs are met immediately and from a single source during their holidays. They create groups for instant messaging in accordance with KVKK rules.

  Check-in time is 14:00 at the earliest. If you arrive at the hotel early, guests can be accommodated in the lobby until the room is ready. If there are available and ready rooms, guests are assisted in early room allocation in accordance with the guest satisfaction policy.

 Check-Out / Room Check-Out Procedures

  Check-out / room check-out time is 12:00 noon at the latest in order to serve the next guests. In case of a late check-out / room check-out request, the requests are evaluated within the fee, taking into account availability.

Visitor Rules

  Hotel guests can host their visitors in the lobby for 30 minutes between 10.00 - 20.00, provided that they inform the hotel authorities in advance. During this hospitality, tea, coffee and water are offered to foreign visitors. Visitors must show their passport or ID card upon entry. Visitors are not allowed to enter guest rooms due to security procedures.

  Hotel guests are always responsible for their visitors. Visits exceeding 30 minutes will be charged as daily hotel use. The guest who receives visitors for consumption other than the specified treats is responsible for the payments for the relevant extra expenses. Visitors with more than two people are also processed with the knowledge and approval of the relevant manager. Guests who come to the security gate without the guest informing the hotel will not be admitted without the knowledge and approval of the relevant guest.
