Price Difference Refund Guarantee Terms
- If a guest makes a reservation for a hotel that displays the “Price Difference Refund Guarantee” label and, before the start date of the stay, a price difference arises for the same hotel on the Turkish Airlines Holidays website, the guest may request a refund of the difference.
- When the guest detects a price difference, they must apply through the channel/agency where the reservation was made; for reservations made on the website, applications must be submitted to the call center.
- The guarantee is valid only if the reservation fee has been paid.
- The guarantee applies only when the hotel, room type, number of guests, board basis, and dates are identical; it does not cover different dates or different accommodation types (e.g., changes in room or board basis).
- The guest is responsible for proving that a price difference exists for the purchased product.
- For evaluation, the application must include the reservation number and a screenshot of the current final price (on the payment step) under the same conditions on the Turkish Airlines Holidays website.
- Prices/discounts/campaigns offered by other companies are not taken as reference; in such cases, the guarantee does not apply.
- The guarantee is valid for domestic and Northern Cyprus hotels and covers accommodation reservations only; services such as transportation and transfers are not included.
- Overseas hotels are not covered by the guarantee.
- Promotions that become applicable after the reservation date for the same product—such as miles redemption, bank card campaigns, discount coupons, and gift vouchers—are excluded from the guarantee.
