Garanti BBVA Campaign Terms & Conditions

  1. The campaign is valid for holiday package (flight + hotel), hotel only, multi-city and city break reservations made between June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026 via www.turkishairlinesholidays.com .
  2. Within the scope of the campaign, customers making a single transaction using Miles&Smiles Garanti BBVA and Miles&Smiles Garanti BBVA Business credit cards will earn Miles based on the following spending tiers:
    • TRY 30,000 – 50,000: 7,500 Miles
    • TRY 50,001 – 75,000: 12,500 Miles
    • TRY 75,001 – 100,000: 17,500 Miles
    • TRY 100,000 and above: 25,000 Miles
    (The stated Miles include both bank-provided Miles and additional Miles offered by Turkish Airlines Holidays.)
  3. Travel dates will be subject to the availability and applicable stay periods of the selected hotels.
  4. The campaign is valid only for departures from Türkiye.
  5. Miles earned from the campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns or promotions. The campaign is valid for one transaction per customer only.
  6. Reservations made before the campaign period are not eligible.
  7. Turkish Airlines Holidays and Miles&Smiles membership are required to benefit from the campaign.
  8. Miles earned from the campaign:
    • Bank-provided Miles will be credited to the card statement issued after July 15, 2026.
    • Additional Miles provided by Turkish Airlines Holidays will be credited to the Miles&Smiles membership account declared during booking, upon completion of the stay. Miles for stays departing before June 15, 2026 will be credited as of July 15, 2026, while Miles for stays departing on or after this date will be credited depending on the stay's departure date.
    • Cancelled reservations will not be eligible for Miles earning.
  9. Participation is required via the BonusFlaş mobile application before the transaction by clicking the “Join Now” button.
    • Transactions made before participation will not be eligible.
    • Participation must be completed prior to the transaction; retroactive participation is not valid.
    • The campaign is only valid for customers who joined via BonusFlaş.
    • Sole proprietors may participate with their commercial cards.
  10. Only the following cards are eligible:
    • Miles&Smiles Garanti BBVA credit cards
    • Miles&Smiles Garanti BBVA Business credit cards
    **Supplementary cards linked to the main card are included.
  11. The campaign is valid only for individual customers and sole proprietors. Corporate entities are excluded.
  12. The campaign is valid only for online transactions made via the Turkish Airlines Holidays website.
  13. Transactions must be processed through Garanti BBVA POS infrastructure. Installment and one-time payments are included. The following transactions are excluded:
    • Transactions via financial institutions and payment service providers
    • Digital wallet top-ups
    • Payments made via digital wallets
    • Cash withdrawals and cash-equivalent transactions
  14. Only the first transaction made on the same day will be considered.
  15. Refunds and cancellations will be taken into account; cancelled/refunded transactions will not earn Miles.
  16. Reservations made under this campaign may be cancelled unconditionally up to 30 days prior to the travel start date with a full refund.
    • For cancellations made less than 30 days before travel, cancellation and refund conditions will be subject to the Package Tour Agreement or Accommodation Service Sales Agreement.
  17. The campaign is customer-based and a maximum of 25,000 Miles can be earned per customer.
  18. Transactions must be completed in a single transaction. Split transactions will not be eligible.
  19. Turkish Airlines Holidays and Garanti BBVA reserve the right to amend or cancel the campaign.
  20. Installment options may be available for domestic hotel bookings. Installment conditions may vary depending on the bank.
