Turkish Airlines Holidays Free Lounge Access Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. The campaign is valid for holiday package (flight + hotel) and multi-city bookings made via the website www.turkishairlinesholidays.com between June 10, 2026 and July 7, 2026.
2. For bookings made under the campaign, travel dates must fall between July 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
3. The lounge access benefit is offered only for holiday package (flight + hotel) and multi-city bookings, city break to selected destinations specified within the scope of the campaign.
4. Hotel-only bookings are not eligible for the lounge access benefit.
5. Bookings made before the campaign start date are not included in the campaign.
6. A Turkish Airlines Holidays account and a Miles&Smiles membership are required to benefit from the campaign.
7. For holiday packages (flight + hotel) purchased via Turkish Airlines Holidays:
    • Status Miles earned from flights are credited to the accounts of all passengers in the booking who are Miles&Smiles members.
    • Miles earned from holiday package spending (including services such as hotel, car rental, transfers, etc.) are credited only to the account of the Miles&Smiles member whose contact details are entered at the time of booking.
    • Miles&Smiles Classic members earn 600 Miles for every TRY 10,000 spent.
    • Miles&Smiles Classic Plus, Elite and Elite Plus members, benefit from a 5% discount on hotel bookings and holiday packages (flight + hotel) or earn 1,000 Miles for every TRY 10,000 spent.
8. Bookings made under the campaign offer free cancellation and changes up to 30 days before the start date of the trip.
9. For bookings with less than 30 days remaining to the start date of the trip, cancellation and refund conditions are evaluated under the Package Holiday Agreement for holiday package (flight + hotel) bookings, and under the Accommodation Service Sales Agreement specified at the payment step for hotel-only bookings.
10. Earning Miles is included for bookings made under the campaign.
11. For domestic hotels and holiday packages (flight + hotel) within the scope of the campaign, an installment option of up to 6 installments is offered. Installment options may vary by bank.
12. Turkish Airlines Holidays reserves the right to change the campaign terms and conditions or to cancel the campaign without prior notice.

Lounge Access Terms and Conditions

1. Lounge access is valid only for flights operated by Turkish Airlines (TK flight number). It is not valid for codeshare flights or other airlines (including AJet).
2. Eligible passengers can only enjoy lounge access on departing flights.
3. Lounge access is valid for the Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Lounge at Istanbul Airport and can be used up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time.
4. This benefit is not valid for domestic lounge use.
5. Passengers travelling with a holiday package (flight + hotel) purchased via Turkish Airlines Holidays benefit from lounge access on an individual basis; guests are not permitted.
