What Are the Miles&Smiles Status Tiers?
Miles&Smiles features four membership tiers: Classic, Classic Plus, Elite, and Elite Plus. Becoming a Miles&Smiles member is quick and easy, allowing you to start enjoying benefits right away. On Turkish Airlines Holidays, all status levels earn 500 additional Status Miles for every 10,000 TL spent; Classic and Classic Plus members earn Miles worth 5% of the total basket amount, while Elite and Elite Plus members earn Miles worth 10% of the total booking amount.

Miles&Smiles members earn 500 Status Miles for every TRY 10,000 spent on eligible bookings. This is equivalent to 5% of the total booking amount.
Status Miles contribute toward earning or maintaining your Miles&Smiles status. Regular Miles can be used for award tickets and other rewards and benefits offered within the Miles&Smiles program.
Status Miles earned through Turkish Airlines Holidays contribute toward upgrading to a higher Miles&Smiles status tier or maintaining your current status. As your status increases, you can enjoy benefits such as lounge access, priority check-in, additional baggage allowance, and, where applicable, Business Class upgrades.
Classic and Classic Plus members earn Miles worth 5% of the total booking amount on eligible reservations. Elite and Elite Plus members earn Miles worth 10% of the total booking amount.
Miles&Smiles Elite and Elite Plus members earn Miles worth 10% of their total booking amount, compared with 5% for Classic and Classic Plus members. They also earn 500 Status Miles for every TRY 10,000 spent on eligible bookings.
For holiday packages, multi-city and City Break bookings, the total Status Miles earned from the booking are divided equally among the adult guests travelling. To have the Status Miles credited to each eligible guest, their Miles&Smiles membership number must be entered in the Guest Information step.
For example, if a booking worth TRY 100,000 earns 5,000 Status Miles and two adults are travelling, each guest is eligible to receive 2,500 Status Miles.
The total Status Miles earned from the booking does not change. However, Status Miles can only be credited to guests whose Miles&Smiles membership number has been entered in the reservation.
For example, if two adults are travelling and the booking earns 5,000 Status Miles, each guest is eligible for 2,500 Status Miles. If only one guest’s membership number is provided, only that guest will receive 2,500 Status Miles.
Yes. For flight-inclusive bookings such as holiday packages, multi-city and City Break reservations, you may also earn flight-related Miles and Status Miles depending on the route and booking class. These flight-related earnings are credited to eligible guests who enter their Miles&Smiles membership number during the Guest Information step.
No. Since hotel-only bookings do not include a flight, no flight-related Miles or Status Miles are earned.
Miles and Status Miles earned from your Turkish Airlines Holidays booking will be credited to your Miles&Smiles account within one week after your trip is completed.
If you do not enter your Miles&Smiles membership number during booking, you can contact our call center before the start of your trip to add your membership number to the reservation. Membership numbers cannot be added after the trip has started or after it has been completed.
Status Miles are not a spendable Miles balance. They contribute toward earning or maintaining your Miles&Smiles status. As your status increases, you can enjoy the benefits associated with your new status tier.
