Transfer Service Details

  • Travel dates for bookings made within the scope of the campaign must be between 20 July 2026 and 31 October 2026.
  • The complimentary private round-trip transfer service (airport–hotel–airport) is valid for up to 8 passengers per booking. An additional fee will apply for extra passengers.
  • Following your booking, you must submit your transfer request by sending your hotel booking number and flight ticket details in PDF format to [email protected] .
  • Please submit your transfer request no later than 5 days before your flight date.
  • For requests submitted less than 5 days before the flight date, the complimentary transfer service will be provided subject to availability.
  • Late requests will be fulfilled subject to availability. Turkish Airlines Holidays shall not be held responsible if transfer arrangements cannot be made due to failure to submit a request.
  • This promotion is valid only for hotel reservations, holiday packages (flight + hotel), and Turkish Airlines and AJet flight ticket purchases.
