Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. The campaign is valid for holiday package (flight + hotel), city break and multi-city reservations made between 20 July 2026 – 20 August 2026 via www.turkishairlinesholidays.com .
2. Within the scope of the campaign, passengers will earn Double Status Miles on their Turkish Airlines flights.
3. Travel must take place between 20 July 2026 – 31 December 2026.
4. The campaign is valid only for departures from Türkiye.
5. The campaign is valid for holiday package (flight + hotel), city break and multi-city reservations. Hotel only bookings are excluded from the campaign.
6. The campaign can be combined with other campaigns, discounts and promotions.
7. Reservations made before the campaign period are not eligible.
8. Turkish Airlines Holidays and Miles&Smiles membership are required to benefit from the campaign.
9. For holiday package (flight + hotel), city break and multi-city reservations made via Turkish Airlines Holidays:
   • Status Miles earned from flights are credited to the accounts of all passengers in the booking who are Miles&Smiles members.
   • Passengers will earn Double Status Miles on Turkish Airlines operated flights.
   • To earn Double Status Miles, the flight must be registered to the passenger’s Miles&Smiles account before departure.
   • Earned Status Miles will be credited to the member’s Miles&Smiles account within one week after the flight.
   • Miles earned from holiday package spending (including services such as hotel, car rental, transfers, etc.) are credited only to the account of the Miles&Smiles member whose contact details are entered at the time of booking.
   • Miles&Smiles Classic members earn 600 Miles for every TRY 10,000 spent.
   • Miles&Smiles Classic Plus, Elite and Elite Plus members benefit from a 5% discount on hotel bookings and holiday packages (flight + hotel) or earn 1,000 Miles for every TRY 10,000 spent.
10. The campaign is valid on Turkish Airlines operated flights in Economy and Business Class. Changed tickets, corporate agreement tickets, group bookings and tickets issued under special passenger segments (such as seafarer, cruise, student/youth, medical, etc.) are excluded from the campaign.
11. Bookings made under the campaign offer free cancellation and changes up to 30 days before the start date of the trip. For cancellations made less than 30 days before travel, cancellation and refund conditions will be subject to the Package Tour Agreement for holiday packages and the Accommodation Service Sales Agreement presented during the payment step for hotel only bookings.
12. Turkish Airlines Holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign and its terms without prior notice.
