   Hookah Cafe soft local (tea, coffee, etc.) drinks are free, hookah is chargeable.
 
   Minibar for the main building on the day of arrival; water, soft drinks, beer, chocolate, jelly beans, chips, plain milk and red wine, for the holiday village; It is filled with water, soft drinks, soda and beer, while on other days only drinks are refilled free of charge. Rules

   The facility has been completely renovated. All Holiday Village and Main Building rooms of the facility have been renovated. During the winter period, outdoor activities and facilities such as aquapark, open-air bars and Food Court are not available at the facility.
   Wireless internet is free in public areas, Lobby and rooms, and paid in the congress center.
   Couples who want to take advantage of the honeymoon package must show their marriage certificate at check-in for their stays within one month from the date of marriage.
   The entrance to the Kaya Artemis Resort Casino rooms starts at 14.00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest.
  Except for family rooms or some private rooms, 2+2 or 3+1 stays in other rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not be as comfortable as a fixed bed.
   Ultra All Inclusive accommodation at the facilities starts with dinner, includes dinner for the number of nights stayed, and ends with lunch on the day of departure.
   If the room to be accommodated is special type rooms such as family room, suite room (and so on), no refund will be made if any of the guests leaving the hotel early.
