- What is Miles&Smiles?
Miles&Smiles is a frequent flyer program that allows you to earn Miles from your flights with Turkish Airlines, other program partner companies and Turkish Airlines Holidays website , from your spending with program partners, package holiday purchases via TK Holidays and from purchases you make using a Miles&Smiles partnership credit card. With the Miles you accrue, you can obtain award tickets that can be used for flights with Turkish Airlines and other program partner companies, companion tickets valid on Turkish Airlines, purchases with program partner companies, or free cabin upgrades.

- Our Classic Plus members can, even if they fly in Economy Class in domestic flights, enter into Turkish Airlines Lounges and make use of all our services offered therein. Our Elite and Elite Plus members can freely enter Turkish Airlines Lounges together with a guest of them in both domestic and international line voyages. Our Elite and Elite Plus members can also make use of special passenger halls with Star Alliance Gold logo, together with a guest of them, in all airports abroad.

- How do I earn Miles when I buy a package holiday from Turkish Airlines Holidays?
When you buy a package holiday from Turkish Airlines Holidays, you can earn Miles from the flight and your total package expense. Miles earned on package holiday purchases will only be reflected in the guest’s Miles & Smiles card whose contact information is shared. Status Miles earned from the flight will be reflected to all Miles&Smiles members.

Our guests can earn extra Miles not only over flights, but also over all kinds of services such as hotel, car rental and transfer purchases included in the package holiday. You can win 2 Miles for every dollar spent in package holidays (1$ = 2 Miles). During campaign periods, you can further increase your Miles by earning extra Miles up to 10 times.

If you have insufficient Miles for an award ticket, you can buy Miles to make up the shortfall for a specified fee. You can purchase a maximum of 50,000 Miles annually.

- How can I add my Miles&Smiles number to my TK Holidays booking after I have purchased it?
- If you forgot to enter your Miles&Smiles number when you purchased your TK Holidays booking, you can add it by following these steps if your travel has not yet been completed (the arrival time of your last flight has not yet passed):
- Contact TK Holidays customer service by phone or through the online support page.
- Provide your Miles&Smiles number and personal information.
- Once your Miles&Smiles number has been processed, your miles will be credited to your account after your travel.
