  • Is there any obligation to declare identity card / passport at the facility in my package holiday I purchased?downArrow
  • Our guests will need to show a valid identity card for domestic stays and a valid passport for international stays. Guests who cannot declare these documents at check-in will not be accepted to the facility. Our guests are personally liable for all probable consequences of their failure in presenting a valid document for identification.

  • Late check-out can only be arranged depending on the occupancy of the related facility at time of your stay. This is totally in the discretion and responsibility of the facility and subject to their evaluation. You may ask for information regarding a late check-out option at the check-in desk upon your arrival to the facility.
