In the SPA Center, problem areas are determined in the company of expert therapists and treatment-oriented applications are carried out with classical massages, hydrotherapy and instrumental massage techniques.

  The Spa Center is under private management. Massage and Peeling are paid. It serves depending on the reservation. Hammam, Sauna and steam room are free of charge.

Rules

  There is a dress code in restaurants. (Entry is not possible with a swimsuit.)
  Due to local laws, alcoholic beverages are not served to guests under the age of 18.
  Hotel management has the right not to serve alcohol to guests who may harm themselves or their surroundings after a certain amount of alcohol consumption.
  During the check-out process, the room key, guest armband and towel card must be returned to the reception.

  In accordance with local laws, smoking is prohibited in closed areas (Rooms, Lobby, Restaurant, etc.). Otherwise, they are subject to financial sanctions determined by local authorities.
  There is hookah, iron etc. in the rooms. The use of personal devices is not allowed.   Otherwise, the replacement fee for all damages caused by the guest, including damage caused by such uses in the room and hotel, will be charged to the guest.
  Hookahs and all similar tools and equipment that may pose a fire hazard in the rooms will be deposited with the management to be handed over upon check-out. The cost of damage caused by use will be charged to the guest.
  Parental accompaniment is mandatory when using water slides, pools and activity areas.
  Guests using the Fitness Center are responsible for any health problems that may arise related to their individual workouts.

  Guests are not allowed to listen to loud music that may disturb the surroundings via portable devices in the rooms or outdoor areas.
  Safes in the room for your valuables are available free of charge. The facility is not responsible for your lost belongings.
  The hotel has armbands for its guests to benefit from the services offered and for their safety. If it is lost, it is charged.
  Central air conditioning operating hours are determined depending on weather conditions.
  The services of private businesses located within the facility do not belong to the hotel and are not the responsibility of the hotel management.
  Pest control and disinfection activities are carried out regularly in the facility in accordance with international quality norms.

  The rooms are for accommodation purposes. Each person staying in the rooms must be registered at the reception.

  The stay of guests who become unruly or fight in the hotel will be terminated immediately.
